    These terms govern the use of services provided by Knightsbridge Garage, located at Union House, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 2NT, United Kingdom. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  2. Services:
    Knightsbridge Garage offers vehicle servicing, MOT testing, diagnostics, and repairs. All services are provided based on the information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  3. Booking and Payment:

    • A booking deposit may be required to confirm appointments.

    • Full payment is due upon completion of services.

    • Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, and bank transfer.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Failure to notify within the specified timeframe may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.

  5. Liability and Warranty:

    • Knightsbridge Garage is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles left on our premises, except in cases of proven negligence.

    • All repairs and parts are covered by a 30-day warranty unless specified otherwise.

  6. Privacy and Data Protection:

    • We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during bookings and service provision is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared without consent.

  7. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes arising from services provided must be reported in writing within 7 days. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably.

Refund Policy

  1. Service Refunds:

    • Refunds for completed services are generally not offered unless the service was not provided as agreed or the work is proven to be faulty.

  2. Deposit Refunds:

    • Booking deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

  3. Parts and Products:

    • Refunds for faulty parts will only be issued if the defect is reported within 7 days of purchase and the part is returned in its original condition.

  4. Exceptions:

    • No refunds will be given for diagnostic services, labor fees, or special-order parts.

  5. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, customers must provide the original receipt and a written explanation of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon approval.
